1. General

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services offered by Camf Travel, a travel agency based in Panama City, Republic of Panama. By using our services, you accept these terms in their entirety.

2. Services

Camf Travel offers tourism intermediary services that include, but are not limited to: airline ticket sales, hotel reservations, tour packages, cruises, travel insurance, car rentals, and travel document assistance. We act as intermediaries between the client and tourism service providers.

3. Reservations and Payments

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of full payment or the agreed initial deposit. We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, Yappy, Nequi, and other electronic payment methods available in Panama. Prices are subject to availability and may change without notice until the time of confirmation.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by service provider (airline, hotel, etc.). Camf Travel will inform the client about specific cancellation conditions before confirming the reservation. Agency service fees are non-refundable. Cancellation requests must be made in writing through WhatsApp or email.

5. Travel Documents

It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure they have all necessary documents for their trip, including a valid passport, visas, exit permits for minors, and any other documents required by the destination country's authorities. Camf Travel can advise on requirements but is not responsible for denial of entry to a destination due to missing documentation.

6. Liability

Camf Travel acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for actions, omissions, delays, cancellations, or changes made by airlines, hotels, or other tourism service providers. We are also not liable for force majeure events, natural disasters, armed conflicts, pandemics, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Prices and Rates

All published prices are expressed in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise indicated. Airline ticket prices may vary based on the fare in effect at the time of issuance and are subject to airline availability.

8. Travel Insurance

Camf Travel strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance. For some destinations, insurance is mandatory. Insurance terms and coverage are subject to the conditions of the corresponding insurance company.

9. Modifications

Camf Travel reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect upon publication on our website.
