Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to the most common questions
Booking
How can I book a travel package?
You can book directly via WhatsApp by messaging us at the number listed on our page. An advisor will assist you immediately to quote and confirm your trip. You can also send us a message through the contact form on our website.
How far in advance should I book my trip?
We recommend booking at least 3 to 4 weeks in advance for domestic and international flights within Latin America. For trips to Europe or destinations requiring a visa, we suggest a minimum of 6 to 8 weeks to process all necessary documents.
Can I customize a travel package?
Absolutely! All of our packages are customizable. You can adjust dates, hotel type, add additional tours, or modify the trip duration. Message us on WhatsApp and we will put together a package tailored to your needs.
Do you offer group or corporate travel packages?
Yes, we arrange special packages for family groups, friends, corporate travel, and school excursions. We offer preferential rates for groups of 10 or more people. Contact us to receive a personalized quote.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), local bank transfers in Panama, Yappy, Nequi, and cash payments at our office. For some destinations, we also offer payment through Zelle.
Can I pay for my trip in installments?
Yes, we offer installment payment plans for many of our packages. The deposit amount and the length of the plan depend on the type of product (flights, packages, cruises) and the provider. Your advisor will share the exact plan available for your booking.
Does the quote include taxes and airport fees?
When we quote a package or flight, the price includes the standard taxes and airport fees known at the time of booking. Additional charges — extra baggage, seat selection, optional services, or fees applied by each airline or provider at check-in — are the passenger's responsibility. Your advisor will detail exactly what each quote includes.
Documents
Do I need a passport for all destinations?
Yes, for all international trips you need a valid passport with at least 6 months of validity before its expiration date. If your passport is about to expire or you do not have one yet, we can guide you through the renewal or application process in Panama.
Do you help with the visa process?
We can give you initial guidance with no commitment on the visa requirements for your destination. Full visa-process assistance (help filling forms, preparing documents, and the consular appointment) is an additional service with a separate fee. The official visa and appointment costs are always paid by the traveler.
What documents do I need to travel with minors?
To travel with minors from Panama, in addition to the minor's passport, you need an exit authorization issued by the National Immigration Service if the minor is traveling with only one parent or with a third party. We can guide you on the requirements and the process; the actual application with Immigration is handled directly by the traveler, and if you prefer we can coordinate it as an additional service with a separate fee.
Is travel insurance mandatory for any destination?
Yes, several destinations require travel medical insurance as an entry requirement — Cuba is the best-known case, but others apply and the list changes. For any international trip we recommend it as good practice. Your advisor will confirm whether it's mandatory for your route and help you arrange the right policy.
