Rutaca Airlines has issued an official statement announcing that, for operational reasons, it will suspend its flights on the Barquisimeto – Panama – Barquisimeto route starting June 30, 2026.
According to the airline, the decision is due to operational factors. In its statement, Rutaca apologized for the inconvenience and reaffirmed its commitment to the connectivity and mobility of its passengers.
Who is affected?
The suspension applies to passengers with flights booked on the direct route between Barquisimeto (BRM) and Panama City (PTY) from June 30 onward. If you have a trip booked on this route for that date or later, we recommend reviewing your booking as soon as possible.
Rescheduling and refunds
According to Rutaca's statement, rescheduling and/or refund requests are handled directly with the airline through its customer service email:
